Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all BEMO products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Learning Kit to request a return. We understand that every family's needs are different, and we want to ensure BEMO is the perfect fit for your child's learning journey.

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Include all original components (tangram pieces, storage case, quick start guide)
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple and family-friendly:

  1. Contact our support team at support@playbemo.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

Important: Please don't send items back to us without first contacting our support team. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be processed for refunds. Damages and Issues

We carefully inspect and package every BEMO Learning Kit before it leaves our facility, but we know that sometimes things happen during shipping. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away at support@playbemo.com if:

  • Any learning materials are defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong items
  • Any components are missing from your Learning Kit

We'll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right for your family. Your child's learning experience is our top priority.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom Learning Kits (if we offer customization in the future)
  • Digital subscriptions or software licenses (these are covered under our separate Terms of Service)
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right BEMO Learning Kit for your family is to:

  1. Return your current item following our return process
  2. Once we've processed your return, place a new order for the item you need

This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, and our support team can help coordinate timing if needed.

Refunds

We want to make the refund process as transparent and stress-free as possible for families.

Processing Timeline

  1. Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned Learning Kit, we'll inspect it and notify you within 2 business days
  2. Refund Approval: If approved, we'll process your refund immediately
  3. Payment Processing: Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  4. Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

If You Don't See Your Refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund in your account, please contact us immediately at support@playbemo.com. We'll work with you to track down your refund and resolve any issues.

We currently ship only within the United States. We're focused on providing the best possible experience for US families and ensuring fast, reliable delivery of your BEMO Learning Kit.

Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (within the United States)
  • Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $150, $9.99 for orders under $150

Expedited Shipping

  • Next Day Delivery: Available for $24.99
  • 2-Day Delivery: Available for $14.99
  • Order Cutoff: Orders must be placed by 2 PM CT for same-day processing

Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Note: We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're located outside the United States and interested in BEMO, please contact us at support@playbemo.com to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
